Delivery

All shipments are shipped from our warehouse in Milan, Italy.

Our only shipping method is Express

Your shipment will be shipped via DHL Express, BRT or Fedex Priority based on your location. If an order is placed before 12 noon (Italy time) the order will be packed and shipped on the same day. If the order is placed after 12 noon (Italy time) the order will be shipped on the following day. Once the order has been picked up by either DHL Express, Fedex Economy or BRT, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

  • Shipping in Italy: 24 hours - 3 business days depending on your location
  • Shipping to Europe: 2 - 4 business days depending on your location 
  • Shipping to USA & Canada: 2 - 3 business days 
  • Shipping to rest of world: 2 - 4 business days 

DELAYS IN SHIPPING 

Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to reasons outside of our control such as: acts of God, mechanical issues with the aircrafts or trucks, issues surrounding the ongoing pandemic, issues re clearing your shipment with your local customs agent or high peak seasons such as Christmas. Please make contact with the shipment provider first for an update on tracking once the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse in Milan, Italy. If you are not able to receive adequate information from DHL Express, FedEx or BRT in regards to your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will act promptly to provide an update on your order. 

DUTIES & TAXES:

You may be charged duties & taxes based on your shipment destination. Please note that TIFFANI & LU are not in any way responsible for charges associated with duties & taxes.
